What Does Our Offer Include?

The offer we provide to you includes any delinquent taxes, transfer taxes, recording fees, HOA fees (you must provide accurate information of what is owed), closing costs and of course the cash payment for the property itself.

What Does Our Offer NOT Include?

ANY liens you may have on this property, other than taxes and HOA fee.

How and When Do You Get Paid?

Upon completion of the transaction, your funds will be wired to your bank account, or we can also utilize Zelle, which is just as fast and secure as a bank wire.

This process takes between 4-48 hours.
